These terms define the rules for using the volar.uz platform. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Account creation
To create an account, the Developer must provide accurate information. The User is responsible for the security of their own account.
2. Acceptable use
The Platform may be used only for lawful purposes. The following is prohibited:
- Selling illegal or fraudulent products.
- Attempting to breach the Platform's security.
- Violating the rights of other users.
3. Commission and payments
The Platform charges a commission on each successful transaction. The commission rate is shown on the pricing page. The Developer's earnings are paid out after the commission is deducted.
4. Limitation of liability
The Platform strives for uninterrupted operation but is not liable for outages caused by third parties (payment systems, internet providers).
5. Changes to terms
The Platform reserves the right to update these terms. Users are notified in advance of material changes.
