This privacy policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Nuriddinov Rustamjon Akhmadjon ugli (Volar) collects, uses, and protects Users' personal data. It is drawn up in accordance with the Law on Personal Data.
1. Data we collect
- Contact data: name, phone number, email.
- Payment data: transaction amount and status (the card number is not stored).
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type.
2. How we use data
- Processing payments and providing the service.
- Identifying the User and ensuring security.
- Support and improving service quality.
3. Card data security
The card number (PAN) is not stored on the Platform. For subscriptions, only the Payme-issued token is stored, encrypted with AES-256. All payment traffic is transmitted over HTTPS.
4. Sharing with third parties
Data is shared only with the payment systems (Payme) required to process a payment, and with government authorities where required by law. Data is not sold.
5. User rights
The User may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting support@volar.uz.
